  • boiled fish, tomatoes without oil

Dinner:

Day 6

Breakfast:

  • coffee or tea without sugar, 1 small slice of whole-wheat bread

Lunch:

  • grilled chicken

Dinner:

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, fresh or cooked carrots

Lunch:
