I try to be on the table for dinner I have fish more frequently than is currently the case. Therefore, for this meal, I decided to use hake. Something newly – hake with turmeric.
For dinner with hake you will need the following ingredients :
- Fillets of hake (the number depends on the number of people, I myself prepared two)
- Turmeric (on the top of a teaspoon)
- Curry (on the top of a teaspoon)
- Tablespoons olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Fillets I leave to drain as much water as they were frozen. In a small bowl itself is confusing turmeric, curry and olive oil. Be careful when working with turmeric because there is all yellow, especially the fingers. You will be able to easily wash. Trust me. Silicone brush itself confuses everything and then anointed fillets. I put them in a heated pan and baked on both sides.

As a contribution to these fillets went mashed zucchini and leeks.
To puree you need:
- Bag of frozen zucchini
- Smaller Waist leeks
- pinch of salt
- 1 clove garlic
- A little olive oil
Wash leeks but cut into larger pieces. Put it in a pan with frozen zucchini, pour all the water and cook until the vegetables are tender. I do not like to overcook vegetables, especially not one that can be eaten raw. When it’s soft, just to be nice, to put in a blender. Then put it into the strainer. I leave it to leak from it as much water.
Then switch all in a blender, add a pinch of salt, a little olive oil and a clove of garlic. And all mix well in a blender. If you do not have a blender, you can use the hand blender.
