GM Diet – And 7 Pounds For 7 Days

General Motors has already back in 1985, developed a diet to help employees lose weight and be healthier, for which he worked, and he tested those involved with the American Institute. Day 2

Bananas and milk – This day can eat up to eight bananas. Also you can drink 3 cups of milk. The soup you can eat as much as you need and how much you want (as on other days of the diet). Bananas are important because they will help restore sodium and potassium which the body lost in the previous three days.

The fifth day

Dan beef and tomato – you can eat 6 whole tomatoes and two portions of 300 grams of beef. You do not have all the beef eaten, eat as much as you like, while the tomatoes should all to eat. This day, increase water intake for additional 2 glasses. This will help the body to cleanse itself of uric acid that will arise during digestion of beef. Meat will provide your body, iron and proteins, a tomato fiber to help digestion.

The sixth day

And on the sixth day to eat beef, tomatoes or changing the mix of vegetables that you take by choice. You can eat vegetables as you like. You can eat  and beef as well as the fifth day (2 servings per 300 grams). This day the body was completely favorable to lose weight and you will see a noticeable difference in your appearance as compared to the time before the start of the GM diet.

Seventh day

On the last day eat brown rice, fruit juice and vegetables, without any restrictions. After this seven-day diet plan, you should have completely cleaned the body and 5-7 kilograms less than before 7 days.

What can i drink in GM diet?

Water is the preferred choice of drinks on this weight loss plan and should be consumed in large quantities. However, there are a couple of drinks that you can drink. Except the water, you can drink: coffee, tea and mineral water.

What once the diet plan

After the weekly diet plan, GM diet, you can still repeat as many times as you need to get your desired weight. Did you later re-gain weight only depends on your lifestyle. During this diet plan mainly eat fresh fruits and vegetables, which in the first few days can lead to muscle fatigue. How to make GM soup

GM soup is very easy to make and consists mainly of vegetables.

You can eat this soup without restriction in unlimited quantities.

Tip: The soup helps keep you hydrated while your body ejects the excess fat.

GM ingredients of soup:

  • water
  • 2 green peppers
  • 6 Onion
  • tomatoes
  • celery
  • cabbage head
  • cubes of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

All the ingredients are present in a cooking pot. Cook them for at least 45 minutes. All the vegetables must be fully cooked.
