Chicken in chili yogurt today will be a dinner at my table :).
Ingredients for 2 persons for this chili meal, are:
- 300 grams of chicken breast
- 1.5 deciliter yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chili peppers (powdered)
- 1 clove garlic
- a little parsley and basil
- pinch of salt
200 grams of cheese
Clean the garlic. Very finely chop the garlic. Add garlic, finely chopped parsley and basil.
Chicken breasts cut into cubes. Some cubes are of medium size. Top 5 x 5 sizes. In a frying pan warm up the olive oil. Then, release the chicken cubes to the pan and bake for 5 minutes in olive oil. Occasionally shake pan to the chicken on all sides were equally roasted.
In a separate bowl mix: yogurt with a little salt, chili pepper and chopped garlic. When finely roasted chicken. Therefore, this mixture, pour over the fried chicken, stir and let cook until all the liquid evaporates.
Towards on the end, sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil.
