Dukan Cheesecake With Cocoa & Rum

Those who are not on the Dukan diet can safely skip this recipe. Why? Because they have a much wider choice of what to eat. But for those who have not tasted the taste of days carbohydrates will be a real treat. Tasty Dukan cheesecake 🙂

Ingredients for this cheesecake, are:

For Cake:

  • 3 tablespoons of oat bran
  • 4 eggs
  • sweetener sweetness as strong as 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 75 ml milk or rum, or mixed (or more if you use a powdered sweetener, mine was a liquid, this increased the number of liquid ingredients)
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • optionally a flavoring, cinnamon, etc.

For cream: 

  • 1 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream with less fat content
  • bladder gelatin
  • sweetener
  • Optional squeezed lemon, aroma of vanilla or other.

Preparation for this cheesecake:

Heat the milk. In case, if you use rum to warm up until the alcohol evaporates. In this add bran, and wait for 10 minutes to one swollen, and while the mass is a little cool. Then add sweetener (try it, it’s very fine). Here you can end up making a substrate by adding gelatin and pour into a mold. I realized this later, so I did it the hard way. To a mixture of cocoa and add the egg yolks, mix well, add baking powder, and in another bowl, whisk the egg whites and finally slowly mix the all, and put it to bake for about ten minutes at 450 F.

In cheese, add sweetener, finely, mix. Therefore then add the cream, and finally the flavor if desired. My favorite is vanilla, but I forgot to buy, so I used the lemon juice. Gelatin store as directed on the package, so I add it. Pour over cooled cake and leave in the fridge (I’ve already tried it after an hour, it was Ok ).


How is, in the whole cake spent a total of 3 tablespoons of bran, which is about 5-6 times more than the recommended diet. No part of the milk fat is not too small (minimum fat sour cream that I have seen in shops was 12%, I hope that my bass bar was less oily because I was skimmed from the rules of milk). I mention this to make sure the amount that you eat. I also recommend that you check the composition of rum and aroma to add.
