Delicious Cake With Lemon Without Sugar

Delicious cake with lemon without sugar is no longer impossible. Instead of sugar I put carob, who wants to can and to put stevia, but the cake will have even fewer carbohydrates good 🙂 This delicious cake is a treat for all those who care about a healthy diet or on a diet. Ingredients for this sugar free, delicious cake, are:

  • 220 grams of ground almonds
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 6 tablespoons of carob

Preparation of this delicious cake is:

At first of all, grind almonds with 2 tablespoons of carob. Mix the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of carob, lemon peel, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. The mixture, mix well and then add the minced almonds. From whites, made up foam  with 2 tablespoons of carob. At first of all, whisk egg whites, before the end of the insert carob, and stir briefly.
Gradually add the egg whites whipped snow mixture of egg yolks and lemon. Therefore, gently stir to sham as many stayed whipped.
