Ever since I “discovered” erythritol, came to me ideas for new LCHF recipes, which can be noticed. Considering that the structure as a crystal sugar, very nicely right flee crust with him, and is suitable for LCHF, so experiment a bit 🙂 So i made a crispy cake for lchf diet. If you do not like the taste of coffee desserts, you can leave out and add a little vanilla extract to the filling, I believe and that it is so good.
Ingredients for this crispy cake are
For crispy crust:
- 5 egg whites
- 8 tablespoons of erythritol *
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
For the filling:
- 500 g sour cream (30% fat)
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
Preparation of crispy cake
Egg whites blended with a pinch of salt. You will receive snow egg whites. Add a tablespoon by tablespoon erythritol and stir all the time. Finally, add stevia to the desired sweetness and a teaspoon of vinegar. Crust cake dry for one hour at 130 degrees.
In male ram add instant coffee and stir with a spoon. Then sweeten with stevia powder. Then filling leave in the fridge to be a bit stretched until the crust dried.
The finished crust cut into 3 parts. Therefore, fill them and leave it in the fridge to cool.
