Paleo diet devised by Professor Loren Cordain, a diet itself is based on a study of a possible ancestor of our diet from the period Palaeolithic. We present you a well-designed diet plan. The seven day diet plan and recipes for Paleo diet:
Day 1 in seven day diet plan
Breakfast: two soft-boiled eggs chopped cooked over a bed of spinach with olive oil, lemon, and garlic. All Pour ½ cup cherry tomatoes, ½ avocado, ¼ cup green onions cut into cubes and sprinkle everything with lemon juice, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Therefore you can add 1 green apple.
Lunch: A salad made with 100-150 g of tuna in olive oil and salt, 2 cups arugula, 1/3 cup dried tomatoes, sliced radish 5-6, 1 grated carrot of medium size, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds. All pour 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon mustard.
Dinner: 200 grams of beef steak marinate one hour in the rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper. Therefore fry it or grilled in coconut oil. Serve with roasted and grilled mushrooms and 2 cups of chopped cabbage salad with red cabbage, carrots, Spanish onions, parsley and dressing of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
Snack: 150 ml 100% coconut water, a handful of macadamia nuts, 5 strawberries.
Day 2 in seven day diet plan
Breakfast: 1 small grated sweet potatoes and fried it about 7-8 minutes in coconut oil until golden brown and become soft. Therefore, potatoes served with 100 grams of smoked salmon, ½ cup diced cucumber, mayonnaise, a pinch, a little bit of lemon juice and some fresh dill.
Lunch: Lamb chop with asparagus, then grilled and fried spinach salad with red pepper, sesame seeds and tahini, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with a touch of mustard or plain sides.
Dinner: Chicken Salad in turmeric sauce and kale.
Snack: 50 grams of dried beef, 1 cup melon cut into cubes and green tea.
Third day in seven day diet plan for paleo diet
Breakfast: thick juice 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 cup coconut water ½ cup coconut milk. Plus 3 slices of roast turkey or chicken.
Lunch: salad with chicken and cabbage, 1 cup pumpkin or mixed vegetable soup.
Dinner: fried meatballs in a pan and cooked zucchini and cauliflower.
Snack: 90 grams of canned tuna or salmon with sun-dried tomatoes and cucumber cubes and 2 cubes of dark chocolate (80% cocoa content).
Day 4 in Paleo diet
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with sauteed onion, red pepper and tomatoes, salad with avocado, radish, coriander, lime juice and olive oil. Plus ½ cup blueberries.
Lunch: 2 cups spinach or mixed green salad with 1 cup of baked sweet potato or pumpkin, grated raw beetroot and carrots, walnuts, all topped with pesto sauce in a salad of fresh basil. All served with 150-200 grams of chicken or lamb grilled.
Dinner: Baked Fillet of Salmon with parsley sprinkled, lemon, garlic and green beans cooked by steaming
Snack: 4 slices of melon wrapped in prosciutto.
Day 5 in seven day diet plan
Breakfast: Fillet of salmon, asparagus, grilled, poached or soft-boiled egg and a little truffle oil (optional).
Lunch: dried tuna and salmon with wakame seaweed and avocado salad or Thai beef fried with vegetables and topped with chili and basil.
Dinner: Mexican chili beef wrapped in lettuce leaves with guacamole sauce, grated carrot and tomato salsa. To make Mexican chili beef, fry in a pan 400-500 grams of beef stuffed with 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped long red chili peppers, 1 teaspoon of red pepper, cumin and coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon of tomato juice, 1 teaspoon sea salt, a pinch of pepper and ½ cup water. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over lettuce leaves.
Snack: 2 tablespoons of chicken liver pate with sliced carrot and cucumber.
Breakfast: banana pancakes with blueberries and coconut and maple syrup.
Lunch: a plate of seafood – fried shrimp 4-5 grilled squid 3-4, oysters, octopus and mussels with a green salad on the side.
Dinner: Crispy duck with braised kale or cabbage and orange sauce.
Desert: blended chili chocolate and avocado
The paleo diet seven day menu – seventh day
Breakfast: 3-4 large mushrooms grilled, scrambled eggs 2 eggs, 2 strips bacon, cooked spinach and grilled tomato
Lunch: salad of peppers and eggplants with goat cheese, pine nuts and pesto (goat cheese optional).
Dinner: grilled free-range chicken with lemon, mustard, and rosemary, roasted carrots, fennel, whole cloves of garlic, beetroot, broccoli, peas, mint and butter.
Snack: a handful of blueberries and almonds.
Other snacks for 7 day diet plan
- ¼ cup dried beef and ¼ cup macadamia nuts
- ½ cup of natural, whole milk, unsweetened yogurt with ¼ cup of blueberries or raspberries with a few almonds
- 1 apple with 1 tablespoon almonds
- 1 apple or 1 pear, with 3-4 slices of cheese from sheep’s milk or Parmesan cheese
- 3 meat rolls with sliced turkey, ham or beef with red pepper, avocado, and cucumber
- 100 g of sardines in tomato juice and virgin olive oil with chopped red onion, tomatoes, lemon juice and mayonnaise home
- ¼ 3-4 slices of melon and prosciutto
- 5-6 sticks of carrot, celery and/or red peppers with ¼ cup of sauce, such as guacamole, creamy spinach, and onions
- Boiled eggs with little radishes and basil pesto
- 1 x boiled egg or a small can of tuna with a glass of sweet coconut juice, coconut milk, thick juice mixed berry juice or green leafy vegetables, apples, celery, ginger, and cucumber.
