Chocolate cake with cream cheese. This cake is also gluten-free and good for lchf diet!
Necessary ingredients for this chocolate cake, are:
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- 150 grams of creamy fresh cheese
- a few drops of sweeteners, stevia sweetener or in an amount which replaces 50g sugar
- juice of half a lemon
- berries, if desired
The process of preparing this chocolate cake is the following:
Been broken chocolate in a bowl, add the butter cut into cubes. Put over a bowl with hot water and let it dissolve chocolate over low heat in a water bath. Stir occasionally and remove the side when the chocolate is melted.
Beat the eggs to become foamy, light yellow color. Dissolved, a lukewarm chocolate, add 2 tablespoons sifted cocoa powder, then the mixture in a thin stream pour in the eggs and mix all the time.
