White Keto Bread with Coconut Flour

This white keto bread will associate you with real bread. But you should know that this is much healthier options. And not just that, this is a keto option. It is made with coconut flour. It is grain-free, Paleo, low-carb, sugar-free, and dairy-free.

The best part about this bread is that it makes it so much easier to eat a low-carb diet. If you’re anything like me, bread was a main on the table through mine growing up.   • Cooking time – 30 minutes

White Keto Bread – Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 4 oz. organic coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder or 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut oil (melted)

Note: If you need an extra fat instead of coconut oil, you can use butter

Instructions how to make this White Coconut Keto Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F
  • In a medium-sized bowl, stir together all dry ingredients
  • In another bowl stir the eggs
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients into the eggs and stir for about 1 minutes
  • Add coconut oil and stir until very smooth
  • Grease a small bread pan
  • Fill it with batter
  • Put it into the well-heated oven
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Serve and enjoy
