Banana Chia Smoothie Pudding – Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla ( not necessary)
  • almonds for decoration

Instructions how to make Banana Chia Smoothie Pudding

  • Soak the chia seeds in 1 cup of water and wait for about 15 minutes
  • In a blender, put soaked chia seeds, 2 bananas, and vanilla
  • Blend until it becomes smooth
  • Pour in the glass
  • Add chopped banana
  • Sprinkle with chopped almonds if you like
  • Serve and enjoy
