Low-Carb Coconut Bars with Chocolate chips

These bars are cheap instant desserts. You can eat these chocolate chips coconut bars, whenever you want. They can be a perfect dessert or snack. They are gluten-free,  sugar-free, low-carb, and keto.

Chocolate Chips Coconut Bars – Recipe


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons Stevia powder
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil ( room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup  sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions how to make chocolate chips coconut bars

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Whisk eggs with Stevia
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients
  • Mix well
  • Pour batter into the greased baking sheet
  • Bake 20 minutes
  • Cut into bars
  • Serve and enjoy
