You do not need dairy products to make this juicy coconut bars. They are cheap instant desserts. You can eat these chocolate chips coconut bars, whenever you want. They can be a perfect dessert or snack. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, low-carb, and keto.

Chocolate Chips Coconut Bars – Recipe


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons Stevia powder
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil ( room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup  sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions how to make chocolate chips coconut bars

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Whisk eggs with Stevia
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients
  • Mix well
  • Pour batter into the greased baking sheet
  • Bake 20 minutes
  • Cut into bars
  • Serve and enjoy
