Suuuper Fudgy Paleo and Keto Cocoa Brownies

The first piece is for dessert. From the second piece we are already full and the third – the third is for luxury and because of the brownies are very tasty :). These are super fudgy paleo, gluten-free, and keto cocoa brownies.

Low Carb Cocoa Brownies – Recipe

Way of preparation – easy

Prep time

  • Prep time – 10 minutes
  • Cooking time – 20 minutes
  • Total time – 30 minutes

Yields – 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (room temp)
  • 1 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener or another powdered sweetener of your choice
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa
  • 3 tablespoon coconut flour

Icing

  • 1 bar sugar-free dark chocolate
  • Pinch od coconut flour

Instructions how to make cocoa brownies

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In one bowl mix together melted butter with sweetener
  • Add eggs and all combinate well
  • In second bowl combinate almond and coconut flour with cocoa powder. Mix well with wooden spoon
  • Slightly add flour mixture to the butter mixture
  • Mix well
  • Pour batter into greased baking sheet or a cake mold
  • Bake 20 minutes in well-heated oven
  • Cool before icing

Icing

  • Dissolve chocolate with 1 tablespoon of water or coconut milk, on a medium heat
  • Spread over a cooled cake
  • Set aside for 30 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy
