Pizza with a “dough ” of Cauliflower !

Cauliflower pizza – low carb recipe

Necessary ingredients for the cauliflower pizza are:

At first place a 2 cups cauliflower, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt.

And you need a 2 cups of cheese with reducing the percentage of fat,  1 teaspoon basil,

1/2 cup dry-cured by choice, finally 1 egg.

The sauce for pizza:

170 g of tomato paste, 170 ml of water, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.


At first of all preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cook the cauliflower in water or in the microwave – should be fully cooked. When they are cooked put it in a blender and mixture begins to resemble rice. Do not chop him a lot. Then milled cauliflower put on a napkin and leave to drain all the water. When dried, mix it with one cup of the cheese and egg. Add the oregano, basil, garlic powder and salt and stir everything well. Bake the dough for about 20 minutes.  The crust should be browned.
