Juicy Veal From The Oven With Oregano!

A good meal does not necessarily have to be complicated and it costs a lot. With a little imagination, you can prepare a tasty lunch. Today for lunch we have a juice veal with oregano. Lunch, that you will not take too much time. A just few ingredients going into it.

For a good lunch, you sometimes need a good piece of meat. I almost nothing else. Maybe a little spice.
This time it comes to beef leg.

Necessary ingredients for this juicy veal are:

  • 500 grams beef leg, garlic, Himalayan salt, pepper, oregano, glass of white wine.


  • Washable piece of meat and place it in a greased ovenproof baking dish. You can put it in the ordinary baking dish.
    Using a knife, make small holes in the meat. In the hole insert garlic. 1/2 clove of garlic put in each well.
    Meat season with salt and pepper and add the oregano.
    Then all the little pouring white wine.
    Cover baking dish and place in the oven to bake.
  • Therefore, bake at 220 degrees (approximately, depending on the oven). Until the meat starts to be soft. Meat should be soft that you can fork to prick. Veal is soft and pity to remove it from the oven until they come to the stage.

Ingredients for 4 people are:

1 kg of white cabbage and 120 g Black olives

Salad Dressing:

70 ml olive oil
30 ml of lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
