Low-Carb Coconut’s Hearts With Cinnamon Flavor

Coconut Joys might have been named after the feeling of joy you got when you bit into one. They’re sweet, covered in chocolate and made with coconut flour. A low-carb Coconut hearts in your Valentine’s Day is a real pleasure.

Low-Carb Coconut Hearts – Recipe

Way of preparation – easy

Prep time

  • Prep time – 15 minutes
  • Passive time – 1 hour

Yields – 15 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons  swerve erythritol sweetener (powdered)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate (melted)

Icing:

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate

Instructions how to make coconut hearts

  • In one bowl mix together all batter ingredients
  • Pour about a teaspoon of chocolate mixture into your candy molds
  • For icing just melts together butter and chocolate
  • Cover with icing
  • Set aside to cool
  • Freeze for as long as possible, but at least 1 hour
  • Pop the candies out and enjoy!

Note: You can easily use a silicone cupcake liners to make this recipe
